Schreiner Studio
Hello! Schreiner Studio has been teaching violin and piano students of all ages for 15 + years. I have played violin for 45 years and piano for 47 years. I love introducing beginning students to the joy of music, and helping intermediate/advanced students hone their skills. I like to introduce our students to varied styles of music, and also teach basic music theory and ear training skills. I offer either in person lessons in our home in Roy, Utah, or online lessons from anywhere.
Our Services
Piano Lessons
$20
A half hour piano lesson costs $20. I can also teach 15 minute lessons, 45 minute lessons, or 1 hour lessons.
Violin Lessons
$20
A half hour violin lesson costs $20. I can also teach 15 minute lessons, 45 minute lessons, or 1 hour lessons.
Piano & Violin Recitals
We hold 2-3 recitals per year at no extra cost. Students are encouraged to participate, and may attend in person, or online via Zoom.
About Susan
Susan has a minor in music from Brigham Young University, and has played in many different orchestras. She was All State Orchestra in Iowa for 4 years, and served as concertmaster for the Brigham Young University Symphony Orchestra. She played in the Bradley University orchestra in Peoria, IL, and recently helped fill in as temporary concertmaster for the Davis County Celebration Orchestra.
She has played piano since the age of 3, and violin since the age of 5.
Susan has been teaching both piano and violin for about 15 years.
Susan is patient and flexible. She welcomes young or mature students.
